April Cocktails!!


Pepper Berry Mule

2 oz Exotico Tequila

4 Black Berries

4 Raspberries

1/2 tsp Pepper Jelly (Trader Joe’s is the best)

Ginger Beer

Muddle berries. Add tequila. Add pepper jelly. Shake it up. Pour over ice and add ginger beer.


Dragonfruit Cooler

1 1/2 oz Malfy Grapefruit Gin

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1/4 Dragon Fruit

Fever Tree Tonic Water

Muddle Dragon Fruit and Simple syrup. Add Gin. Shake Shake Shake. Strain. Add to glass. Top with tonic water.


Salty Gal Margarita

1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila

1/2 oz Triple Sec

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz Lime Juice

Shake up and serve over ice.

For Salt Foam (from Foods With Flavor)

1 1/2 cup Warm Water

1 generous tsp. Soy Lecithin Granules

Let sit for 30 minutes

Add 2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

Top margarita with foam.


Passionfruit Spritz

2 oz. Aperol

Brut Sparkling Wine

Passionfruit La Croix

Sliced Citrus Fruit

Add ice to glass. Add Aperol. Pour generous amount of wine. Top with Passionfruit La Croix. Add fruit.
