My cocktail theme this month- easy, breezy, beautiful, cocktails! A long title I know, but one sip of these effortless elixirs will have you reaching for a second (or third) cocktail!
Little Miss Martini
1 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz Titos Vodka
Shake it up, Serve Straight up
No Spirits Spritz
Top with Betty Buzz Meyer lemon club soda
Serve over ice
Garnish with a lime
Spicy Mango Margarita
2 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 lime juiced
2 oz spicy mango lemonade from Trader Joe’s
Shake it up!
Serve over ice
Raspberry Peach Rum Punch
2 1/2 oz white rum
1 1/2 oz peach nectar
A handful of raspberries
Juice from half a lime
Add all to a shaker and muddle
Add ice
Shake it up!
Serve straight or over ice
Top with Lime Spindrift
