I’m all about a good appetizer and even more about the “let me just go buy a few things at Trader Joe’s and throw it in a bowl” type appetizer. The LEAST amount of work for the MOST amount of boujee is my motto when it comes to cooking for other people. This olive bruschetta is just that! I promise if you show up at a party with a Tupperware bowl full of this bad boy, you’ll have everyone asking you to bring again including your friend Karen who’s always trying to one up you with her seven layer dip.
Here’s what you need: 1 container of Trader Joe’s Olive Tapenade 3 Roma Tomatoes- diced 2 tbsp. Fresh Basil 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vineagar 1 tbsp. Olive Oil 1/8 cup Feta Cheese Mix it up and refrigerate until it’s time to party!
For Crostinis:
1 baguette (or if you’re like me, 2 because you end up eating a few slices during prep time.)
Slice baguette and top with olive oil.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and put in the oven on broil until slightly crispy.
Remove from oven and spread slices with Trader Joe’s Garlic and Herb Butter.
Top with olive bruschetta. Pour a glass of wine. Eat up!
