June Cocktails


Fine-apple Margarita 2 oz Blanco Tequila 1 1/2 Pineapple Juice 1 oz Lime Juice For Rim: Combine 2 tsp. sea salt, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 1 tsp. sugar to a shallow bowl or plate. Trace rim of glass with lime, dip into delicious spicy-sweet-sea salt combination. Add margarita to glass and drink one…. or five.



Mohave Sunset 2 oz Bacardi Rum 1 oz Lime Juice 1 oz Lemon Juice Splash of Prickly Pear Syrup - you could try making your own, but the one grocery store in Lake Mohave only had this available. Top with Tangerine La Croix Garnish with fake flowers you bought at the Dollar Tree. Turn up the tunes on the boat, sink your feet in the water, and take a sip!


Coming Up Roses 3 oz Lost Republic Straight Rye Whiskey 2 oz Orange Juice 1 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup Dash of Rose Water Combine into shaker, shake it like a polaroid picture, add to glass with ice sphere or cubes.


Sip while playing croquet at your parent’s summer home in the Hamptons. If you don’t have access to one of those, your backyard will suffice!

Hibiscus Mojito

Muddled Mint 1 oz Hibiscus Syrup- I used the Queen’s (aka Martha Stewart’s) Recipe 2 oz Lime Juice 1 1/2 oz White Rum Mix that allll up!! Top with Soda water and pretend you’re living out a Sandals Caribbean vacation commercial in real life!
