If you follow us on Instagram, you know cocktail Thursday’s are a HUGE deal! Here’s two of my favorites that are so easy to whip up, it’s RIDICULOUS. I made these for my Fondue Friendsgiving, which I dubbed (Fondgiving) and they were a hit with everyone. Don’t spend you’re entire day mixing up drinks, it gets kind of old (and sticky). Make these instead!! Originally I made this for Dia de los Muertos but had so many requests, I decide it had to make an appearance at Fondgiving. What can I say, give the fans what they want!!
1 1/2 oz mezcal ( if you don’t like smokey mezcal substitute for tequila)
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice
Splash of orange juice
Tajin
Add it all to a shaker and go crazy!
Salt the rim with Tajin, empty shaker, and enjoy!
Hands down, this is the easiest cocktail you will ever make. All of your guests will be blown away, thinking you spent ample amounts of time perfecting this recipe. I’m also fairly certain mixologists would be shaking there heads after reading this…. BUT it’s not always about crafting the perfect cocktail with the list of 100 ingredients 30 of which can only be bought at Whole Foods or some extremely bougie grocery store. You don’t have time for that, and your wallet doesn't either!
2 oz Makers Mark
Cranberry Sparkling Cider
1 tsp Salted Caramel
Fill a tumbler with ice.
Add Makers Mark.
Fill the remainder of the glass with sparkling cider.
Take your tsp of caramel and stir up the delectable mixture.
Garnish with an apple slice dipped in caramel.
Happy Thanksgiving! Soak up that Thanksgiving dinner with one (or two, or three) of these cocktails, you won’t be disappointed.
